Southern Myrtle Care was born out of frustration.

After watching beautiful crape myrtles across Carteret and Onslow County get hacked down to ugly stumps year after year topped harshly, cut incorrectly, or ignored completely we decided enough was enough. These trees deserve better. And so do the homeowners who love them.

Crape myrtles aren't just trees. They're part of what makes the South look and feel like the South. Our mission is simple, protect that beauty by providing expert care that enhances your property and keeps your trees healthy for decades to come.

We built Southern Myrtle Care to solve two problems we see every single day:

1. Improper pruning that permanently damages trees and destroys their natural shape. Most people cutting crape myrtles don't know or don't care that they're doing it wrong. We do it right, every time.

2. Overpriced services that put proper tree care out of reach for everyday homeowners. Expert care shouldn't cost a fortune. We keep our pricing fair, transparent, and competitive because your trees shouldn't suffer just because the quote was too high.

Southern Myrtle Care is a family-owned business founded by William and Christina. A United States Marine Corps Veteran and a dedicated Nurse right here in Carteret & Onslow County.
